   Lithuanian Hebrew author and bibliographer. He lived in Vilna. He published an edition of the Bible incorporating Moses Mendelssohn's German translation. His Otzar ha-Sepharim lists and describes about 8500 Hebrew manuscripts and 6500 Hebrew books.
